Major responsibilities include (not all inclusive): Serve as the primary point of contact for government stakeholders and leaders, including the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). Respond immediately to customer feedback and input and escalate and disseminate feedback as appropriate to ensure actionable outcomes and corrective actions. Provide overall management of geo-dispersed staff and monitoring of overall performance levels nationwide. Manages subordinate lines of effort, including Task Leads and Regional Leads, to ensure a shared understanding and management of expectations throughout the delivery team in all locations. Implements nationwide, regular, recurring training in conjunction with workstream Leads and corporate resources to continuously grow the collective knowledge base and maximize the quality of services. Ensures compliance with contract requirements, quality control plan, and specific tasks in all locations through close management and team performance monitoring and ensures delivery is within the scope of the contract. Responsible for the timely, professional, and accurate deliverable reporting, such as the Monthly Status Reports, Training Reports, Quality Control Plan, Ship Date Management, Disposition Reports, Retention Notes (State/National), Quick Facts Reports, Contractor Contact Roster, Shipper QC Reports, and more. Responsible for ensuring the performance and reporting meet and exceed the Performance Requirements Standards (PRS) and other acceptable thresholds. Ensure professional interaction and communication among stakeholders to enhance, improve, and advance the success of the customers' objectives. Lead regular, recurring, and as-needed virtual video conferences, teleconferences, in-person status updates, and in-progress reviews with the management team, regional teams, state/site teams, and government personnel to monitor all aspects of delivery, identify risks, leverage lessons learned and best practices, provide guidance, set expectations, manage change, and maximize the success of the team. Maximizes the utilization and impact of team subject matter experts and Key Billets to enhance the overall performance to meet and exceed objectives such as retention, quality assurance, program data, training, IADT on-site support, and RSP services. Qualifications: Possess or ability to obtain a favorable Tier 1 Background Investigation. Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field A minimum of ten (10) years of experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager for a Department of Defense program with geo-dispersed staff. Familiar with ARNG and RSP procedures, guidance, regulations, systems, and instructions. A demonstrated understanding or experience in administrative quality control processes. A demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including SharePoint and Teams. Strong organizational skills to plan and manage workloads to meet deadlines. Excellent professional interpersonal and communication skills are required to collaborate professionally with various counterparts and stakeholders both orally and in writing. Preferred: MBA or relevant Graduate-Level-Degree. PMP or other management credentials. Military Leadership experience and training. At Interactive Government Holdings, Inc.
