Major responsibilities include (not all inclusive): Provide comprehensive individual Case Management of Recruit Warrior Shipper Packets and IADT readiness/eligibility documentation. Monitor and report individual Recruit Warrior status to Site, State, Command, Regional, and National stakeholders and leaders. Provides training seat management using a web-based scheduling tool (REQUEST) to minimize wasted training seats and best accommodate Recruit Warriors eligible to attend IADT, including date changes following standardized processes and approvals. Provide constant monitoring and immediate acknowledgment of all Vulcan trouble tickets. Assess and provide immediate Corrective Action to resolve all trouble tickets as efficiently as possible and in no more than three (3) days while coordinating with on-site training installation teammates and personnel. Collaboratively and professionally work in close coordination with teammates and RSP and Recruiting and Retention Battalion Military Cadre, RSP Leaders, as well as IADT personnel such as LNCOs and MEPS personnel in furtherance of the shared RSP mission of minimizing training pipeline losses and maximizing retention and training pipeline success. Complete, verify, and apply quality assurance, self-inspection, and peer reviews of shipper packets to maximize performance accuracy and quality control rates. Utilize standardized processes and checklists to ensure completeness and accuracy of all required forms and documents. Performs peer reviews of work products to maximize quality control throughout the state at all RSP sites. Provides accurate and timely data entry and uploads to web-based systems to update Recruit Warrior status and documentation. Support Direct Ship Site operations and processes through all administrative quality control tasks to ensure eligibility, system records, physical documentation, and records are complete and accurate. Comply with user manuals, procedures, policies, and guidance for RSP tasks and system utilization. Participates in all requisite standing and ad-hoc meetings to provide site updates and resolve issues. Engage Recruit Warriors monthly regarding drill attendance, pre-shipping preparations, and other information as required. Monitor Soldiers for potential retention issues and ensure mitigation of those issues. Manage Initial Active-Duty Training ship dates to ensure maximum training seat utilization. Support the processing of pay documents, promotions, awards, ID cards, and education incentives required to complete shipper packets and verify eligibility to ship. Manages daily delivery and quality of RSPC services throughout the Region Coordinate with Task Leads to ensure high-quality delivery and timely, efficient resolution of all performance issues. Coordinate with Contract Manager and other national program management assets to enhance delivery, develop and deliver training, monitor quality, assess training needs, and ensure continuous improvement and maximum training pipeline success, training seat management, and retention quality control throughout the Region's Sites and States. Qualifications: Possess or ability to obtain a favorable Tier 1 Background Investigation. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Management or related field and 5 years of experience, or Associate Degree in a relevant field with 8 years of relevant professional, or High School Diploma with 10 years of relevant professional and administrative work experience A minimum of 3 years of project or program management experience Familiar with the Recruit Sustainment Program or related military programs such as MEPS, Recruiting Commands, Recruiting and Retention Battalions, TRADOC, Initial Entry Training/Basic Combat Training units/programs/processes. Familiar with the Reserve Component retention incentives and processes. A demonstrated understanding or experience in Data Entry/Case Management platforms and Human Resource Information Systems (HRISs). A demonstrated understanding and experience in administrative quality control processes. A demonstrated understanding and experience with the Microsoft Office suite. The ability to work independently or with minimal supervision. Strong organizational skills to plan and manage workloads to meet deadlines. Professional interpersonal and communication skills are required to collaborate professionally with various counterparts and stakeholders. Preferred: Military experience in recruitment and retention. Graduate Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field. 3 years of experience performing recruit sustainment processes ARNG/DoD HRIS Systems/platforms preferred such as Vulcan, REQUEST, iPERMS, SMMS, SMT, RMS, DPRO, IPPS-A application, ATRRS, MilSuite.
