Share Email Opening Apply Now Title Loan Servicing Modification Specialist  Description RCN Capital - Elite Commercial Servicing is seeking a Loan Servicing Modification Specialist to join our Loan Servicing team. The Loan Servicing Modification Specialist will be responsible for facilitating modifications on maturing loans while providing courteous, knowledgeable and professional customer service to both internal and external clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills along with strong organizational and negotiation skills. The ability to perform accurate data input into a variety of software. Knowledge of loan files and documents. Ability to assume responsibility, display initiative, and exercise good judgment and make and act upon decisions with minimal supervision. Responsibilities: Monitor loan specific information regarding loan maturities Negotiate terms with both investors and borrowers to initiate maturity extensions Respond timely to borrower phone and email inquiries Maintain an active loan pipeline Handle the collection of payments Document loan file regarding all communication and report on collection activity Other duties as assigned   Position Requirements Required Skills: Thorough understanding of loan documents Strong analytical problem solving skills with a thorough knowledge of excel Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with MS Office applications Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment Excellent reasoning and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple priorities Work in a team environment while thinking independently Required Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Loan Servicing 1-2 years of experience using MS Office applications in a professional environment Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required Associate's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate preferred Schedule: Full time M-F, 9AM-6PM Hybrid work model We Offer: Competitive benefits including employer-sponsored medical, dental, vision, among other programs 401K with employer match Free food and beverage program Free onsite gym and laundry Many other perks!   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Shift Days   Division RCN Capital   Exempt/Non-Exempt Exempt   Req Number LOA-24-00009   Location Hartford County - RCN   EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
