Office Manager 

Description

As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating office services ensuring the smooth functioning of our office environment. You will also be involved with Purchasing, Travel, Recruiting and HR. The ideal candidate will have proven experience using good judgment in managing a wide scope of duties in our new Beavercreek, OH facility.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day facility operations
  • Direct assistance to VP Group Manager and the Executive Team
  • Assist with Accounting, Security, Travel, Purchasing, Recruiting and HR
  • Maintain and update company records and databases
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Manage office filing systems and document management
  • Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Organize and coordinate company events and meetings
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers
  • Data entry
 
Position Requirements
  • Degree: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Years of Experience: Minimum three years’ office experience in an office setting
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in MS Office software and phone systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • High level of professionalism and integrity
