The right person will be focused on detail, have a customer-centric philosophy, and have the desire to develop themselves both personally and professionally. Duties include, but are not limited to: Answer calls in a timely manner at the front desk reception area. Maintain a professional demeanor and make guests comfortable while they wait Manage daily reception calendar and process messages Monitor visitors and guest sign-in log Assist Clerical Department with special projects as needed Requirements: High School diploma required, college is preferred Ability to pay close attention to detail and to be proficient with data entry Computer literacy, including MS Office, Word, Excel, and ten-key data entry Have the ability to work independently Possess excellent time management skills Great customer service skills Have the ability to answer and transfer phone calls Bilingual is a plus Davies Claims North America serves domestic insurance companies, self-insured organizations such as large corporations and government entities, Program Managers, and Managing General Agents, as well as the London Market.
