We are currently seeking a Full Time First Cook for our fast paced corporate cafeteria that serves breakfast and lunch to our employees everyday. This is a Monday-Friday work schedule with great benefits.
Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Prepare meals for breakfast and lunch, including a variety of entrees, side dishes, salads, soups, and desserts while maintaining safe food handling procedures. Baking is a plus.
- Operate, maintain, and properly clean all kitchen equipment and cooking tools, reporting to management any safety hazards or damaged equipment.
- Thorough knowledge of all kitchen terminology and safety rules.
Requirements:
- Must have at least two years of work experience in the food industry as a Cook.
- Candidates must have their ServSafe certification.
- Corporate cafeteria and banquet experience a plus.
Work Schedule:
- Monday- Friday: 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
