Share Email Opening Title Business Analyst - JDEdwards EnterpriseOne ERP  Description At Anderson-DuBose, we are dedicated to being a leader in the distribution industry by providing world-class service and brand protection to our valued business partners. We are currently looking to hire a key member to join our IT team. In this role the Business Analyst works under the general direction of the Information Technology Manager, and will work independently providing analysis, support, maintenance, and training of JDEdwards EnterpriseOne ERP System (9.2 or higher) applications. For this individual to be successful in this role, they must be motivated, organized, and a self-reliant team player in a dynamic environment. Additionally, the ideal candidate must be able to adapt to a highly customized system and hit the ground running. Responsibilities: Maintain and support JDEdwards EnterpriseOne ERP applications across all functions of the distribution module, including but not limited to: Sales Order Management, Procurement, Warehousing and Financials Perform analysis, design, documentation and testing of bugs and enhancements associated with new or existing application functionality. Perform system and integration testing of system modifications to ensure that the specifications are met, and there is no unexpected or adverse impact to system performance and/or functionality. Develop documentation for use with training and User reference. Provide training sessions for new and existing end users for JDEdwards EnterpriseOne, custom applications or required interfaces. Identify and log system bugs. Manage end user requests. Monitors incidents and requests received through the help desk to facilitate timely resolution. Provide accurate estimates and timely updates to project management. Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), as required. A working knowledge of all facets of JDEdwards EnterpriseOne. Ensure tasks are completed as scheduled. On call during non-business hours. Ability to travel as needed. Other duties as assigned. Minimal travel   Position Requirements Requirements: BS or BA college degree or 5 years of IT experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 3+ years’ experience supporting end users working on JDEdwards E1 ERP. Able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment is a must. Working experience and understanding of all phases of the software development life cycle. Critical decision-making experience. Familiar with IBM i and SQL. Familiar with Windows Applications.
