Position Title: Club Attendant Location: Winchester Community Association – Meadow Vista, CA
Reporting To: General Manager
Status: Non-Exempt, Part-Time, Seasonal (anticipated assignment is May through September)
Salary: $16.00-$17.00 Hourly

EMPLOYEE OWNER POSITION PURPOSE:
The Club Attendant is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience while providing support to both internal and external clients, including, but not limited to: partnering with the Club Manager and being the go-to person for all private and community events and clubhouse services.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promote a positive environment that fosters a fun atmosphere.
- Set up tables, chairs, and other equipment as needed for events.
- Supervise events and assist homeowners with questions.
- Coordinate and file association facility reservations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowner questions regarding clubhouse programming and events.
- Provide general administrative support and respond to all emails and phone calls within a timely manner.
- Be familiar with and assist residents with use of the sports equipment.
- Assist the Club Manager with processing group and club applications.
- Input event data into current software system.
- Manage the community contact list.
- Perform various site duties, including, but not limited to: monitoring pool/spa usage and supporting member needs, checking towel stock and laundering as necessary, cleaning the courts and surrounding areas (blowing/sweeping/washing/etc.), and other general janitorial needs.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Familiarity with country club/hotel/high-end operations
- Conflict resolution skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Must be a team player who is committed to delivering high-level customer service
- Adaptable and dependable with a solid attendance record
- Professional and respectful demeanor with all staff and guests at all times
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions with minimal supervision
SPECIAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and driving record in compliance with Company policy
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Use standard office equipment, including: computer, phone, copier/scanner, etc.
- Be stationary or in motion for periods of time
- Relocate up to (40) pounds

- Shifts will vary based on business need
- Required to work weekends and holidays as needed
