We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in South Windsor, CT. As an SDR at TicketNetwork, your primary mission will be to generate high-quality leads for our cutting-edge event management solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate new leads for ezEvent through various channels, including cold outreach, social media, tradeshows, and networking.

  1. Prospect Research: Conduct comprehensive research on potential clients to understand their event management needs and tailor your outreach to address those needs effectively.

  1. Client Engagement: Initiate contact with prospective clients, clearly articulate the advantages of ezEvent, and build interest in our solution.

  1. Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads to determine their suitability and interest in adopting ezEvent for their event management needs.

  1. Pipeline Management: Maintain an up-to-date lead database, track lead progression, and ensure accurate record-keeping of all interactions.

  1. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the VP of Business Development and the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads into the sales pipeline.

  1. Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation efforts, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.

Qualifications:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential for engaging and persuading potential clients effectively.
  • Self-Motivated: Highly self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset, capable of working both independently and within a team.
  • Adaptability: Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing strategies and priorities.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in utilizing online tools, social media, and CRM software for lead generation and tracking.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role is a plus.
  • Experience in live event ticketing and/or event management or related industries is advantageous.
