We have an exciting opportunity to join the team as an Network Engineer I!
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Troubleshooting of complex issues across multiple platforms and teams
- Identify issues impacting the network and/or act as an escalation point to investigate, expedite and resolve network issues and business impacting problems
- Participate in ad-hoc projects with other teams for network integrations and launch of new services
- Document networks, issues and resolutions

Required skills:
Our ideal candidate will possess some, or all, of the following knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience:
* Excellent troubleshooting skills;
* Ability and willingness to work cooperatively with people of all skill levels;
* Technology-oriented growth mindset;
* Knowledge of information technology and cybersecurity best practices;
* Technical experience configuring and/or administering any, or all, of the following: network switches, routers, Wi-Fi controllers and access points, firewalls, endpoint anti-virus and EDR, email security systems, load-balancers, network monitoring and alerting systems.
Required Experience:
One or more years work experience in which the primary role was maintenance, control, and administration of the employer's network(s);
OR
An Associate's degree from an accredited college in computer networking, electrical engineering, data communication, computer science or a closely related field may substitute for the required work experience;
OR
Equivalent certification or training in the fields of study listed above from a trade school, technical school, or the military, may be substituted.
Preferred Experience:
Administration of one or more of the following:
- PanOS
- Ruckus wireless
- Ruckus/Brocade ICX
- Barracuda Email Security
- Crowdstrike EDR
