Account Manager 

Description
  • Provide accurate business forecast analysis to support budgeting, resource allocation, and capital planning activities
  • Maintain or exceed current business case metrics such as profit margins, ROI, and payback
  • Manage assigned Program Account activities to maximize long- term profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Lead the closure of engineering changes within the framework of the Sales and Marketing process procedures
  • Communicate the customer's technical requirements and program opportunities to Inteva
  • Manage the commercial processes effectively, including price negotiation, cost control, contracts, etc.
  • Collect and analyze marketing information, customer information, and competitors' information.
  • Notifying customers of unforeseen delivery delays or other complications and facilitating suitable interventions.
  • Attend PDT and collaborating with team members
  • Manage/Tracking all Commercial Open Issues
  • Create, develop, and lead the implementation of the VAVE Technical savings ideas
  • Maintain Inteva (Saffron) Database
  • Support the product line and customer Director with strategic planning activity
 
Position Requirements
  • Technical or business Bachelor’s degree
  • 10 years’ experience in a similar role preferred
  • Experience in Tier 1 sales/account management role
  • Prior history with OEM customers also considered
  • Successful demonstration of managing customer commercial and engineering changes
  • Successful demonstration of customer negotiations and current business retention
  • Successful demonstration of product development, program launch experience with a major OEM customer
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Travel is required up to 5% to 10% both domestically and internationally to support the business, although this is an estimation and may increase or decrease depending on the needs of the business.
