Truck/Trailer repair facility is seeking a hard working individual for a Shop Supervisor position located in Wenatchee, WA. We are a partially employee owned company who is looking to hire an experienced Mechanic who can serve as a strong leader and Shop Supervisor.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Interact with multiple customers daily: written and verbal.
  • Record and maintain files and records of customer requests, work or services performed, charges, expenses and inventory.
  • Employee interaction; hiring; promoting; disciplinary proceedings and training.
  • Purchasing parts and supplies.
  • Safety Inspections & Internal Work performance audits.
  • Code and process invoices for payment.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Must have a strong customer service mindset.
  • Must possess a working knowledge of all aspects of truck and trailer maintenance activities and have strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Must be an experienced troubleshooter, estimator and service writer.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize projects and duties with exceptional follow through skills.
  • Must be able to multi-task effectively.
  • Must demonstrate excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage team of skilled mechanics.
  • Previous management experience in a similar environment preferred.
  • Looking for hard working and energetic team player.
  • Strong leadership qualities and ability to work collaboratively with others.

Compensation: $70,000-$85,000/year depending upon experience. This is a salaried-exempt position.
