Linkage and Engagement After Prison Program (LEAPP) To aid clients in managing daily life while battling opioid addiction, one must embrace harm reduction principles. Working under the LEAPP Coordinator's guidance, responsibilities include facilitating client access to benefits, linking them with medical care and social services, and conducting follow-up visits for clients who have lost contact.   Position Requirements BSW and strong communication skills are essential, along with compassion, good judgment, and a history of positive interaction with people. Knowledge of community resources and experience with substance abuse or former inmates is advantageous.
