The social worker will work as part of a team to use evidence-based models to address trauma, mental health and other challenges faced by children and families to provide wraparound services and support during and after foster care placement. Will participate in family team meetings, engage families and deliver services for purposes of reunification, addressing issues which necessitated placement.
