The ideal candidates will have experience in commercial cleaning, excellent attendance record and reliable transportation.  We believe success in this position requires individuals who can work independently, manage their time wisely, work and communicate well with others, flexibility and have excellent attention to detail. General knowledge of cleaning products, cleaning tools and best cleaning practices. Reliable transportation. Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time (4-8 hours per day). Comfortable working around cleaning chemicals in an office or industrial setting. Ability to climb stairs while carrying equipment.
