Share Email Opening Title Hardware Configuration and Inventory Specialist   Description Hardware Configuration and Inventory Specialist Location: STL Pay Range: $40k-$45k Summary of Position We are a rapidly growing national provider of video surveillance to the multifamily housing industry looking to fill an immediate opening in our Logistics Department. Our ideal candidate will perform a role configuring hardware, packaging & shipping it for installation. Accountability Supply Chain and Logistics Manager Essential Job Functions Build servers and configure a range of hardware (i.e., IP cameras, network switches, wireless radios) for security camera systems Test and refurbish used/returned equipment for errors and restock to inventory Receive and process incoming shipments of product Enter ERP data into databases and spreadsheets quickly and accurately Receive and unload daily deliveries from parcel to LTL freight shipments Accurately enter received equipment into inventory system Pick, stage, and pack outgoing shipments Maintain ERP system (enter received PO’s, process returned equipment, and RMA’s) Job Skills and Requirements High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency Ability to work independently and be self-motivated Experience with electronics and hardware installation, repair, or maintenance is highly desirable Must take initiative to ask questions to work through all problems in a timely manner Job requires repetition and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs Basic networking knowledge Strong ability to troubleshoot PC hardware and software Shipping experience with UPS, FedEx, and other shipping systems including LTL freight lines Ability to stand for duration of shift Ability to bend, stretch, and lift for duration of shift   Location St Louis   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Exempt/Non-Exempt Non-Exempt   EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
