Primary Therapist provides quality direct and indirect patient care for individuals with co-occurring disorders and trauma history. Offers individual counseling and group psychoeducation. Conducts assessments, develops treatment plans, and performs crisis intervention. Ensures timely and accurate documentation, adhering to state and local laws. Collaborates professionally with staff and clients, participates in training, and delivers community education programs.   Position Requirements MSW with 2+ years of therapy/counseling experience, preferably in an inpatient setting.
