Our focus lies in providing top-notch installation services in new residential neighborhoods, covering exterior and interior doors, trim, stairs, hardware, and blinds. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Hardware & Blinds Specialist, specializing in blind cutting. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and proficiency in reading a measuring tape and operating a miter saw. Job Responsibilities: Provide daily/weekly guidance and direction to the Blinds and Hardware teams, with a focus on blind cutting tasks. Efficiently cut blinds to specification, ensuring maximum accuracy and productivity using a miter saw. Utilize measuring tape to accurately measure and cut blind materials according to specifications. Monitor schedules and workflow, making necessary adjustments to assignments or schedules to meet operational requirements. Act as the field liaison for any special or unique blind-related requests, ensuring seamless communication between teams and clients. Develop and maintain standard processes and procedures for blind cutting operations to ensure consistency and quality. Interpret a wide range of information to identify potential errors in specifications or measurements. Organize and maintain storage areas and product locations, ensuring easy accessibility for blind cutting materials.
