Schedule: Full-Time
- Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
What You Will be Doing
We want people to join our team who share our values of love, excellence, respect, empowerment, and well-being. The ideal candidate will be managing the integration and optimization of healthcare data systems, leading business process improvements, and managing database development and maintenance, including ongoing support, training, upgrades, and implementation of new modules or enhancements. The Information Analytics Manager oversees and ensures that the Health Information and Analytics (HIA) team aligns with the organization's broader goals, providing strategic insights and operational support. They are responsible for participating in the development of and supporting the organization’s data warehouse and data analytics platforms and supporting the organization’s capability to exchange health information electronically via (HIE) Health Information Exchange.
Minimum Qualifications, Experience & Education:
- High School Diploma or the equivalent and a minimum of five years’ direct experience in Electronic Health Record administration and health data analytics; or
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Five years' of combined relevant professional work experience is required.
- Experience and understanding of healthcare outcomes measurement required.
- Experience with the administration of electronic records systems required.
- Experience managing the implementation of or implementing electronic health records systems required.
- Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation/training skills, both written and verbal, required.
- Experience with structured query language (SQL) queries, commands, and stored procedures is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications, Experience & Education:
- Master’s degree in relevant field preferred.
- Experience working with dimensional data models strongly preferred.
- One to two years’ experience in the field of developmental disabilities.
