Description

One Full-time Permanent Position (35 hrs/wk)

The administrative professional we are searching for will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to YSSN’s Mental Health Access department.   

Key Competencies/Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Minute taking and meeting support skills with strong attention to grammar and proof-reading
  • Support of client database needs, specifically looking for advanced skills in Excel and demonstrated proficiency working within databases and preparation of statistical reports
  • Administrative and general office support, including providing relief
 
Position Requirements
  • Business College or equivalency
  • Minimum 2 years related administrative experience
  • Intermediate knowledge of working in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project
  • Familiarity with Office 365, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive
  • A strong knowledge of community resources would be a definite asset
  • The successful candidate will be required to provide a police clearance that meets agency standards
  • A valid driver’s license and regular use of a reliable vehicle is required for this position
  • Successful candidates will be required to submit proof of a primary series of a COVID-19 vaccine authorized by the World Health Organization directly to the Human Resources department. In the event that you are unable to be vaccinated as a result of a ground protected under the Human Rights Code, you may submit a written explanation of the ground and any supporting documentation to determine if you are exempt from this requirement directly to Human Resources.
