Welcome to the "What's Next District.' As a Retail Sales Associate, you create an extraordinary shopping experience for our each and every visitors at AREA15. You'll be on the front lines, engaging with guests and showcasing our unique retail offerings. As a retail sales associate, your role will require you to be familiar with our retail offerings and rotate between assigned AREA15 retail stores, ensuring a WOW experience. While this job description provides an overview of duties, it is not exhaustive but serves as a general guide to expected responsibilities. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Exceptional Customer Service: Your primary focus is to deliver top-notch customer service, ensuring every visitor feels that Retail is an extension of the AREA15 experience. Retail Sales: Tell the story of merchandise to intrigue interest resulting in sales. Upsell to boost sales and create memorable shopping experiences for visitors. Be familiar with all merchandise from all retail stores and work the assigned outlet based on business needs, rotating between different AREA15 retail stores. Engage and Connect: Connect with our UV-loving crowd by actively participating in the AREA15 experience, which may include wearing promotional merchandise to showcase our retail offerings. Cashless Transactions: Accurately complete each sales transaction. Showcase unique merchandise, upsell, and provide styling tips for customers. Keep the outlet clean, organized, and assist with merchandise display. Assist in restocking the store and preparing merchandise for sale. Complete assigned side work and daily tasks. Secure the company asset by keeping close eye on suspicious activities. Report any abnormalities to the manager or security immediately. Must follow dress-code to showcase merchandise and attract customer's interest. Assist with inventory. Embrace the AREA15 culture, helping establish it as a fashion and art destination. Perform other assigned duties. Exhibit ART!
