Position Summary: The Client Operations Associate shows informal leadership skills on the floor, presents themselves with a positive and professional demeanor, while being well-rounded in their department. A Client Operations Associate is there to assist the departments needs and assisting others as needed. Always leading by example, provide high level of service to our clients, and supporting the team as a confident decision maker and resource. A day in the life of a new Client Operations Associate: Proficiently navigate current operations software; find and retrieve patient information within the system as it pertains to each patient/facility experience. Proficient use within Microsoft Outlook applications and how it's relative to our operations and ability to service our customers with high level client care. Becoming knowledgeable of wound care products we provide to our patients and informational resources available; categories, properties, coverage and monthly allowable. Becoming knowledgeable of all types of required documentation indicating medical necessity. Know how to resource information as it pertains to your experience. Know Prism's scope of service and the geographic areas we operate within. Focus on the highest industry and regulatory standards with continuous evaluations and improvements to meet national health care organization standards Creates and maintains patient files with accuracy and efficiency according to departmental procedures and guidelines within deadlines with or without supervision Each representative will be responsible for reaching the minimum upload standards of 135 per day within 30 days and maintain that standard each day Will review discrepancies in data received and assign them to the appropriate department Will verify patient name, address, and primary insurance is correct in the patient file to prevent patient file documentation, billing, or shipping errors Ensure Additional Documentation items received are uploaded, labeled, and moved to the correct designated location Ability to deliver dynamic, solution based service to all patients and clinicians. Be a team member and assist others with duties as needed. Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Ability to handle a variety of challenging situations in a professional and courteous manner. Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding employment, safety and compliance and report any concerns of non-compliance in any area to your manager immediately. Perform other duties as requested by management.
