S.A.F.E. Management (Security, Athletic Facilities & Events) - is a specifically tailored event management and security company that specializes in sport facilities and special event management with a commitment to delivering unparalleled guest services. Locally, we provide guest service and security personnel for sporting and special events held at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, AZ. S.A.F.E. is currently seeking full-time Security Officers for our 24/7 security operation. Candidates must be enthusiastic, motivated, and energetic individuals who are seeking to work full-time in a fun, team-oriented, fast paced environment. Security Officer Full-Time Location: State Farm Stadium, Glendale, AZ 85305 Job Description: Security Team Members are required to protect the stadium property against fire, theft, vandalism, and illegal entry. Duties may include operating and monitoring alarm and closed-circuit television systems, receiving visitors and providing correct information. Another responsibility of security is to ensure safety by observing and reporting possible hazards. They may also take action in emergency situations such as illness, safety hazards, or other unusual situations. Specific job functions will vary based upon positioning and assignment. Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time in a wide variety of weather conditions. Qualifications: All candidates must possess a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and present a professional image. Prior security experience and an Arizona Unarmed Security license is required. Must be 18 years of age, hold H.S. Diploma/GED and pass a criminal background check. Candidates must be willing to work the following shifts: Day Shift (6:45 AM - 3:15 PM), Afternoon Shift (2:45 PM - 11:15 PM), Night Shift (10:45 PM - 7:15 AM). Employee Benefits (Full-Time): Pay rate starts at $18.55 hourly.
