We believe vaccination is the best protection for our patients, community and Visiting Nurse staff.   Location Hospice Atlanta - Home   Category Hospice   Description The Hospice Chaplain, as a professional within the interdisciplinary team, provides spiritual support and counseling to Hospice patients and families and networks within the community to educate and develop support for Hospice.   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Position Requirements Education: Masters of Divinity from accredited Theological School or Board Certified Chaplain. Licensure/Certifications: Board Certified Chaplain. Previous Experience: Minimum of 2 years additional clinical pastoral education. Knowledge/Training: Knowledge of spiritual and counseling needs of terminally ill patients and their families. Knowledge of the Hospice concept. Knowledge of the community (area, religious groups). Computer Skills: Must be familiar with general use and functions of the computer, such as, user names and password concepts; internet; e-mail; navigation of computer desktop or laptop, including starting programs, using files, and windows, effectively use navigation buttons and tool bars; ability to self-manage online HR services and online training programs.
