What You Will be Doing
The Administrator of Center Based Services for Boundless Behavioral Health provides direction and leadership in the operations of Center Based Programing. The Director will ensure provision of high-quality services that are delivered in a fiscally responsible manner in accordance with company mission, vision and values. Working with clinical staff, parents/guardians, and community-based stakeholders, the Director facilitates access to care and addresses barriers.
Required Education and Experience:
- Applicants should hold a Doctorate or Master's degree in a human services field (e.g., health care, social services, psychology, behavioral science, social work, or counseling).
- Board certification in behavior analysis
- Approved to provide Supervision to students enrolled in BACB coursework
- Minimum of 7 years of ABA experience including comprehensive intervention development and implementation for children and/or adolescents with autism.
- Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience, with strong leadership skills
- Experience in performance management and supporting a team in an intensive treatment environment.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
- Positive team player and energetic professional
- Strong organizational and time-management skills along with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Good judgment and creative thinking skills
- Demonstrates creativity, flexibility and the ability to prioritize and problem-solve
- Demonstrates attention to detail and strong written communication skills in collecting and analyzing data and writing reports
- Ability to communicate appropriately under varying conditions (considers the environment, people present)
- Exercises discretion in private and sensitive matters
- Ability to communicate and present self professionally always
- Ability to train others (parents, staff) on basic principles of ABA, curriculum, programs, etc.
- Strictly adheres to HIPAA rules and regulations
Preferred Education Experience and Licensure:
- Preference given to licensed professionals with relevant supervisory designations (e.g., independently licensed Ph.D., LISW-S, LPCC-S) and those with relevant experience with the provisional and/or supervision of applied behavioral analytic techniques (e.g., BCBA-COBA).
Supervisory Responsibility:
- This position is directly responsible for the supervision of center-based Clinic Directors and the Educational Curriculum Coordinator.
