JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Accounting and Administrative Support Team Member provides accounting and administrative support to the Accounting Department and Sales Team. Duties include, but are not limited to: Performing routine and repetitive clerical accounting and bookkeeping including a/r and a/p duties, general ledger knowledge, collections, dialoging with customers via email and over the phone, filing paperwork, retrieving packets & assisting the front office with accounting matters.

We provide training for all Sportex specific software programs and accounting procedures.
We are currently implementing NetSuite CRM / ERP so please advise if you have any experience with this platform.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to run or learn our CRM / ERP ( NetSuite ) , Basic Excel, Word and Outlook experience required. You MUST have great organization, communication & multi-tasking skills. A working knowledge of basic accounting skills including, bill pay, accounts receivable, accounts payable, account reconciliation & auditing required.
