Industrial/Quality Engineer 

Description

  • Will have a desire to advance in the business, this may be into lateral roles in an effort to gain a broad business perspective

Role & Responsibilities

  • Candidate will be assigned to an internal business unit providing day to day quality engineering support.
  • Will work on productivity related activities within the organization
  • May be customer facing to resolve quality production issues
  • Will take complex data and sometimes unrelated sets, analyze, collate, and interpret into business actions and initiatives
  • Will be responsible for First Article Inspection process

Minimum Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in technical discipline, prefer Industrial engineering or related field, plus a minimum of 2 years direct industry experience or an equivalent combination of education and industry experience. 
  • Strong analytical skills required e.g., demonstrated ability to take data from varying sources, analyse, interpret, and use to make business decisions
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and build a consensus in a high-pressure environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
