Global Outreach Charter Academy has 4 campuses and is seeking hard working people to help with cleaning and minor maintenance in our schools. This person would be a member of a great team with supportive co-workers. This is a part time hourly position with the ability to build your income over your years worked with us.    We offer Benefits Including: 401 (k) Matching   MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (may include, but not limited to the following) General cleaning and up keep. Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations Report to a facilities or maintenance manager for issues   Requirements Good physical condition and strength, ability to lift 40+ pounds occasionally Basic math, including calculations using fractions, percents, and/or ratios. Knowledge of methods of industrial cleaning and custodial practices.
