All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status or any other characteristic protected by law.   Description Summary/Objective  The Inventory Control Analyst plays a crucial role in establishing and overseeing procedures to maintain accurate inventory records for finished products, packaging, and raw materials. This position collaborates with management to create and execute an audit program, ensuring integrity and accuracy in all aspects of inventory movement. Responsibilities include leading cycle counts to detect and address issues, while actively coordinating with administrative and finance teams to reconcile physical usage with systematic consumption on a regular basis. Essential Functions •    Develop, implement, and monitor all key functions related to inventory transactions to assure that they are accurate and timely. •    Coordinate a cycle count program in a perpetual inventory environment. •    Coordinate the cycle count progress and results to identify necessary recounts and processes to be monitored and provide regular reports on the results. •    Perform thorough research and document inventory discrepancies using all available resources to identify root causes and supply possible solutions. •    Work with key personnel to effectively implement process improvements to operational procedures in an effort to proactively optimize overall location and item level accuracy and maintain the highest possible productivity levels. •    Coordinate the efforts of the cycle counts in an effort to identify and correct discrepancies on items at the location level as needed. •    Assist with setup of new/special packs styles (SKU’s) while auditing existing BOM’s for accuracy.  •    Month-end inventory analysis and valuation for finished goods & packaging materials. •    Work daily with admin and finance to reconcile physical usage with systematic consumption on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.     Position Requirements Position Requirements •    High School diploma or general equivalency diploma •    3-5 years of distribution, warehouse and inventory experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. •    ERP experience strongly preferred (FAMOUS experience is a plus). •    Excellent verbal and written communication skills •    Strong organizational skills, including the ability to coordinate multiple priorities. •    Strong attention to detail, flexible and reliable •    Bilingual English/Spanish skills. •    Working knowledge and understanding of WMS concepts •    Advanced MS Excel, MS Word, and WMS experiences •    Experience with report writing database tools a definite plus Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position; work hours vary depending on workload. Requires availability to work irregular or extended hours, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed. Regular attendance and punctuality is required.
