Job Summary

This internship will assist the Ticket Sales & Service Department (Premium, Service & Retention, Group Sales, New Business, Inside Sales, and Ticket Operations) with various season and off-season office tasks, as well as game-day responsibilities. The intern will receive training in sales and our ticketing system to prepare them for sales conversations. The intern will be provided with the opportunity to gain experience in driving revenue and customer service. In addition, the intern will help to develop sales materials and reports for account executives. They will also assist with sales contests and incentives. The intern will assist the sales team at events hosted at the ballpark and off-site including Season Ticket Holder Events, Group Theme Nights, and other ticket-related elements.

Responsibilities:

  1. Fulfill Ticket Sales and Service projects
  2. Learn the key components of fan engagement and sales
  3. Network with current account executives in the industry
  4. Assist with Customer Service
 
Position Requirements
  • Authorized to work lawfully in the United States.
  • Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited institution at a junior, senior, or graduate level.
  • Candidates majoring in Sports Management, Marketing, Communications, Business or related areas.
