Description

The Product Sales Representative plays a crucial role at supporting our purpose to create lasting value for those we serve by establishing and growing customer relationships and being the liaison between the customer and Account Manager. The individual will visit customer and crib locations as needed to promote and initiate product sales and solve customer problems. This individual will utilize manufacturer representatives to make joint sales calls throughout the year to promote products and provide training. The Product Sales Representative will expand their knowledge by interacting with the manufacturer representatives and attend product training seminars. This individual will be required to take and monitor inventory of the customer crib stock and could include occasional delivery. The Product Sales Representative is seen as a champion for the company culture, our 5 P's and our purpose to create lasting value for those we serve.
Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions:
• Build and maintain excellent customer relationships
• Provide excellent customer service for existing customers by providing solutions, managing projects, or providing information on products and services
• Identify new business opportunities and establish new customer relationships
• Maintain customer cribs
• Work closely with Account Managers to provide adequate account coverage
• Utilize technology for ease of doing business
• Familiarity was inventory management systems
