Will provide assessment, treatment planning, interventions, case management, conduct home and office visits, implement crisis management and safety plans, and document all case activity. Salary range of $51,000-$70,000.   Position Requirements Requires Master's degree in Social Work and at least 1-2 years experience in case management, counseling and advocacy services.
