Essential Duties Include Enters and reviews account orders Track all items and quantities of orders against what was selected Runs all required data reports in a timely manner Accomplishes miscellaneous data entry Supervises and reports inventory issue information Reports any issues to management that interfere with a proper and safe work environment Attends all required company meetings Performs other related duties as assigned Requirements Education/Training Must be able to read, write and communicate in English as it relates to the job and safety requirements Must have experience working with MS OFfice Suite (Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Teams) Must have great communication skills and interact with internal and external accounts and personnel Must be able to work quickly and accurately under stress/pressure Must have flexibility to meet changing work priorities Must be detail oriented and organized   Job Knowledge and Skills Must be able to work the assigned schedule during night hours Must be able to use,  or learn to use, all equipment and programs used to perform the job   Physical Requirements Will sit for extended periods at a computer in an office setting Some lifting required   Schedule: Schedule and shift time fluctuates with the operation’s daily needs     Benefits   About the Organization Ace Endico is the leading regional food purveyor and food service distributor.
