The person in this role will provide assistance to the service team throughout the shift. This is a key position in the training towards a Server role. A Server Assistant will provide bread and water service, polish silverware and glassware, pre-buss and reset tables, stocking, and cleaning. This person will also assist with the set-up and break down of special events and functions. The individual must be dependable, well groomed, and possess good verbal communication skills. A friendly service attitude, eagerness to learn, time management and organization skills are required. The individual must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 35 lbs. and be fluent in the English language.
