Bolton & Menk has a great opportunity for a Senior Architect to join our Building & Facility Services team and start working on a variety of interesting and complex projects for our Midwest clients. As a Senior Architect, you will work with internal staff and managers to grow and develop architectural services in support of building & facilities services initiatives and the general company business development plan. In this role you will be responsible for the development of staff, projects, and sub-consultant partnerships. Through collaboration with client service mangers, project managers and clients you will lead teams and projects through all phases of the delivery process on a wide variety of assignments.

This position is flexible and could be located in any of our Minnesota office locations with the ability to work a hybrid model.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Working with existing clients and managers to plan, scope, design and deliver new and renovated building and facility projects.
- Performing business development activities including: technical and persuasive writing, preparation of proposals, interviewing, client meetings, and maintaining or developing teaming relationships with industry partners.
- Responsible for the management, planning, scheduling, budget, and performance of multiple project tasks and personnel simultaneously.
- Organizing and overseeing project assignments for the work of other architects, engineers, designers and interns.
- Manage and lead the growth and development of architectural service firm wide.
- Assist in the hiring, mentorship and development of architectural and other services across the business line.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree from an approved college or university in Architecture and a minimum of 10 years' experience.
- Licensed Architect in MN with ability to become licensed in multiple states
- Strong understanding and knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, building construction, building systems and site requirements
- Previous experience working on multi-disciplined project teams (i.e., civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, etc.).
- Strong listening skills in working with clients to understand and help balance needs, desires, and budget constraints.
- Strong Project Management skills
- Strong leadership & mentorship skills
