Location: Headquarters (100% Remote)
Reporting To: Director of Human Resources
Status: Exempt, Full-Time
Salary: $75,000 - $100,000k (depending on experience)

EMPLOYEE OWNER POSITION PURPOSE:

The HR Systems & Technology Analyst is responsible for supporting all aspects of the organization's HR systems including configuration, security, internal and external reporting, and maintenance of team employee data. The Analyst administers, develops, and researches the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Configures the system to meet ongoing business needs and generates reports to support HR functions, including compensation, compliance, performance management, and workforce analytics. Ensures that data is accurately processed and maintained according to organization rules and applicable regulations. The HR Systems & Technology Analyst partners with division and department leaders to support organizational change management efforts and other project/client initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of functional and technical HRIS administration and configuration
  • Have experience implementing and setting up HR systems and have worked or familiar with UKG, Workday, ADP Workforce, or People Soft
  • 3+ years of proven work experience as an HRIS Analyst
  • Advanced database management and reporting skills
  • Excellent HRIS technical skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience with process development and execution.
  • Familiarity with human resources policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow through.

SPECIAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • This position can be 100% remote depending on the location of the employee.
  • Must have home office set up to allow for full-time productive work during normal business hours.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Able to remain in a normal seated position at a computer for long periods of time.
  • Able to seize, hold, grasp, and turn, or otherwise perform precision work with hands.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. at times.
  • Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word.
  • Receiving detailed information through oral communication.
  • Clarity of vision at near or far distances.

SCHEDULE & TRAVEL:

  • Monday-Friday from approx. 8:00 am-5:00 pm
  • This position may require occasional long hours to meet business needs.
