Rock House is seeking a self-directed, organized individual to assist the management team in our Residential Services Department. This position's primary responsibility will be to fill all open shifts Maintaining open hours listing Maintaining current staff listing Maintaining Operations Schedule Provide inservices and training in unfamiliar settings Assist with maintaining documentation in facilities and client plan of care revisions Work shifts when necessary (general hours will be 8A-5P M-F) Participate in on-call rotation FT Benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance Life Insurance Vacation Paid Holidays 401k Retirement Plan Referral Program   Position Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) a must. A minimum of two years’ responsible office experience preferred. Organized and ability to plan and work independently. A can-do attitude and cordial personality required for this busy team environment.
