Requirements
Maintenance Leadership Experience
Lead and motivate employees and elicit work output
High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others
High level of analytical ability where problems are complex
High level of oral and written communication skills
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures
Proven ability to work in a team environment – as an active team member, group facilitator and a leader
Ability to interpret blueprints / engineering drawings
Application knowledge of quality control procedures, manufacturing processes, scheduling and other management systems
Knowledge of basic math, including trigonometry
Must be able to lead teams on multiple shifts
Preferred:
Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
Prior experience with Maintenance skilled trades
