Your Role at MOBE

The Vice President, Lifestyle & Medication Services Operations will lead a team of directors responsible for MOBE’s program delivery, coaching, guidance, performance management, and operations of all participant-facing teams including Guides, Pharmacists and Outreach & Engagement functions. Additionally, this role will oversee critical operational functions including Workforce Management, Performance Insights, and vendor management of our system partners (Five9, Salesforce, CSS, etc.).

In this role, the Vice President, Lifestyle & Medication Services Operations will work with executive leadership to execute the vision and growth strategy of MOBE’s Lifestyle Management & Medication Services Program. The ideal candidate is a clinician with deep operational experience scaling health management service organizations and is a strategic hands-on leader who can optimize day-to-day operations while aligning with broader strategic organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership, oversight, and operational direction to participant-facing organizations inclusive of outreach & engagement, guide, pharmacists, workforce management and quality assurance functions.
  • Lead and develop director-level department leaders in achieving strategic objectives, functional goals and ensure the efficient and effective delivery of program services while maintaining and supporting the MOBE culture.
  • Manage day-to-day program delivery, engagement, and retention to support an exceptional end-to-end experience for participants to support their health journey.
  • Accountable for measuring, monitoring, and achieving performance KPI’s and metrics to support the organization’s client satisfaction and outcomes commitments.
  • Built a positive team culture helping front line staff feel connected to the overall business and motivated to achieve participant and company outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to enhance existing services based on market needs, industry trends and population specific requirements.
  • Provide the highest quality service while maintaining compliance and commitment to company policies and procedures, effective resource utilization, hiring, training, quality assurance, licensing, and operating budgets.
  • Develop and execute strategies that drive outcomes, reduce operating costs, maximize efficiencies, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company, and industry standards.
  • Strategize with executive leadership and other partners to achieve organization goals and meet or exceed requirements of client service-level agreements.
  • Other duties as assigned are to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Mission, and abide by MOBE’s Guiding Principles.
 
Position Requirements

Qualifications

Required:

  • 10+ years relevant operational and scaling professional experience
  • Bachelor's degree in health care or a health care related field required; masters or equivalent preferred
  • Clinical background and experience in operating a care management, disease management or pharmacy management program; PharmD preferred
  • Demonstrated progressive leadership history in multiple healthcare organizations
  • Experience in effectively scaling and growing an organization
  • Experience working with internal and external customers to deliver outcomes to meet Client’s performance expectations
  • Willing to travel 15% of the time
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to manage performance and productivity
  • Superior oral and written communication and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and with remote teams members
