This position will work closely with management to ensure the adequacy of sales-related materials. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers. Essential Job Functions Managing granite bids Installation quotes to Participating Licensees Communicating relevant information to Participating Licensees Tracking orders Inventory Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested. Preparing factory purchase orders for review and approval   Position Requirements Qualifications Industry experience selling and/or producing granite products to cemeteries preferred.
