Cash Office/Admin Associates are responsible for maintaining the parks cash control providing all functions relative to making, issuing, counting, and auditing cashier’s change funds. Additionally, this role is a support to the Admin Office/HR working at the main desk and the Employee Service Office. Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Best practices for handling/maintaining cash inventory
• Use computer to input, run reports, verify, and correct data and produce accounting reports
• Work as part of a team to distribute, collect and control cash and balance revenues reports
• Deliver and pick up currency, coins, reports to various locations in the park
• Assisting with onboarding and associated paperwork
• Filing
• Respond to employee questions
• Answer phone calls including providing general knowledge of the park to callers
• Have general knowledge of the park
• Uniform distribution/sales/inventory
• Issuing Employee ID's
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment • Attends staff meetings and other meetings as requested • Perform all other duties as requested

• Must be able to communicate effectively with the public and other team members in verbal and written form
• Ability to work independently or with a team
• Follow and enforce all waterpark standards
• Must be able to successfully complete a background check

The associate must regularly lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly exposed to wet and or humid conditions; outside weather conditions and extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
