We are looking for enthusiastic bartenders to provide excellent service to our in-park guests. Good bartenders will be personable and enjoy working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. Must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Interacts with the guests in a friendly, engaging manner to help create a superior experience
• Exhibits and executes a complete knowledge of the venue’s sequence of service and selling technique
• Prepares all products according to established venue recipes, focusing on proper portion size control
• Constantly provides customers with accurate information about the venue and property as well as entertainment offered in each
• Communicates and works with all support staff to ensure bar is properly stocked and prepared for operations
• Communicates and works with all support staff to ensure inventory is maintained at established par levels
• Work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment to anticipate customer needs and assist other team members as necessary
• Communicates with management and service staff to rectify any and all customer needs, comments or incidents
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment that is in compliance with health codes at all times
• Comply with all state and federal alcohol laws
• Attending staff meetings and other meetings as requested
• Perform all other duties as requested
QUALIFICATIONS
Specialized Knowledge
• Knowledge of wine and beer as well as other products offered
• Knowledge of standard bar equipment to include dish washer, coolers, ice machine, etc.
Skills
• Possess basic computer and POS system abilities
• Basic problem solving and decision-making skills
Abilities
• Must be able to communicate effectively with the public and other team members in verbal and written form
• Must be able to maintain a positive/friendly attitude
• Ability to work independently or with a team
• Follow and enforce all waterpark standards

While performing the duties of this job the associate is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, and hear. The employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is regularly required to walk and stoop, kneel, crouch.
The associate must regularly lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly exposed to wet and or humid conditions; outside weather conditions and extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
