From the company's inception in 1946, Stier has expanded into 8 markets throughout the Southeast and is continuing to grow at an unprecedented rate.   Hiring Manager(s) Sade Wicker   Location Durham - Build & Distribution (NCDC)   Category Distribution   Description Our Warehouse Associates are responsible for loading our trim, interior and exterior doors, and hardware for delivery to construction sites throughout South Carolina. Start Time: 10am   Job Duties Include: Locate correct merchandise in the warehouse based on order ticket Responsible for safely loading or assisting in loading and securing materials on trucks daily Assists in verifying materials and quantities for accuracy Unload or assists in loading and unloading materials manually Perform other duties as assigned, including unloading, picking, driver helper when necessary.   Requirements: Strong communication skills (verbal and written) when dealing with management and team members Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors under adverse weather conditions. Ability to bend, reach, lift and climb Must be able to lift 75 pounds of material continually for up to 2 hours at a time Must be able to climb a 40-foot ladder to deliver materials on upper floors. Maintain a safe and clean work area Must be able to pass a company required background and drug test Must be a U.S. citizen or be authorized to work in the U.S.   Why work at Stier Supply Company?
