All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status or any other characteristic protected by law.   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Shift First   Description JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the Shop Floor Control responsibilities of the manufacturing department which include but are not limited to: Load/capacity monitoring of assigned area Monitoring and tracking performance of assigned area to the Industrial Master Schedule (IMS) Coordination of logistics between assigned area and its customers and suppliers Expediting and resolution of problems concerning IMS production orders Process Improvement   Position Requirements Associate degree, completed, relevant education may be substituted for yuears of relevant work experience. 1 year of education = 2 years of relevant work experience Minimum two (2) years experience in the aircraft production/manufacturing field Working knowledge of schedules and flow charts Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software (Excel, Word) Analytical skills Good communication skills, written and oral Must be able to function throughout the total facility, including up and down stairs and in and out of aircraft with or without reasonable accommodation.   Location Little Rock   This position is currently accepting applications.
