ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide technical assistance and resource coordination to assist program staff.
- Provide oversight of program quality and quality assessment tools, facilitate training sessions, meetings, or conferences associated with the program, including, creation, management, and delivery of culturally centered instruction, and orientation materials to staff.
- Responsible for data entry compliance and maintaining program records. Design, collect and track programmatic outcomes data and ensure data integrity.
- Assist in preparing reports and financial statements regarding program operations by tracking data points.
- Actively establish, enhance and maintain liaison relationships with key government agencies, and non-profits/ community organizations.
- Comply with policies and procedures governing the program and ensure that the program is operating at maximum efficiency.
- Maintain and update Policies and Procedures (P&P) and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Manuals.
- Conduct ongoing desk monitoring of local case managers implementing this program. Review and refine desk monitoring protocols, develop tools to meet program guidelines.
- Assist with technical and proposal writing.
- Meet or exceed program productivity expectations on a regular and sustained basis
- Other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Must pass FBI and CA/N checks
- Must be 21 years of age
EDUCATION: Undergraduate degree in social work, social sciences, public health, non-profit management, or related field from an accredited college or university or a combination of education and experience in lieu of degree.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 1 years of experience relevant to the position and working with vulnerable or migrant populations; 3 years preferred.
ATTENDANCE: Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined in the employer’s sole discretion.
LICENSES: Driver’s License with clear record.
VEHICLE: Must have daily use of a vehicle without prior notice.
OTHER: Must be available and willing to travel to various locations and with such frequency as the business need dictates.

ORGANIZATION: Ability to plan ahead several months to a year. Ability to keep various on-going projects organized and files maintained accurately. Above normal levels of concentration and memory required. Requires good time management practices and the ability to meet multiple deadlines.

Multi-line telephone, computer, ten key calculator, printers, copiers, faxes.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Constant – Ability to communicate with management, staff and clients over the telephone and in person.
Constant – Ability to input data into computer, make calculations, complete paperwork, and produce reports.
Constant – Ability to read, review and proofread documents to determine accuracy.
Constant – Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time.
Occasional – Ability to move to different offices throughout the building.
WORKING CONDITIONS: Remote position. Must have access to a home office to provide confidential and private work or have flexibility to change work locations to an office setting as appropriate.?
Environment:
Indoors: 95% - Office environment; normal noise conditions. Outdoors: 5 % - All weather conditions and variable temperatures.
