We’re a woman owned company where diversity is applauded, and success is celebrated.   We are seeking an Engagement Manager to support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Chief Data Officer Directorate (CDOD).   This position is fully remote working with a DHS Client in Washington, DC.   POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Support the creation, update, and advancement of communication and outreach strategies for all supported programs, projects, work streams, and lines of effort, including developing recommendations for measures of effectiveness/measures of performance (MOEs and MOPs) to assess the effectiveness of training and communications.  Work with components and FFRDC’s to validate final MOE and MOP recommendations. Provide innovative techniques and methodologies to convey/present basic usability and process training and communications information in a manner end users best receive it.   Position Requirements Must hold a Project Management certification (i.e. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other equivalent/recognized Project Management certification). Must have 5 years of experience in program management; and 7 years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields. Bachelor's degree  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and make informed decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively. Working knowledge of Confluence and Jira.  Experience with the Information Technology acquisition process and its milestones; and have experience in analyzing a variety of source documentation and supporting the creation of acquisition documentation.   We believe in taking care of our employees.
