This position is open immediately and will last for three months. The hours are Monday through Friday from 8am-4:30pm with a one hour lunch daily. The social worker will utilize wrap-around techniques to assist clients in transitional housing with maintaining natural supports in the community, tracking success of treatment plans, coordinating individualized services, transporting them to appointments, providing financial counseling, etc. Clients are visited on a weekly basis.   Position Requirements   This position is currently not accepting applications.
