The company is privately owned, which does business with the United States Postal Service. UMS picks up corporate mail, co-mingles, and sorts mail by address to achieve discounts offered by the USPS.   EOE Statement United Mailing provides equal opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment, without regard to race, color, religion, creed, gender, national origin, age, marital or veteran status, sexual orientation, or the presence of handicaps or disabilities, or any other basis protected by state or federal law.   Description This position will drive a daily route between our UMS locations in central and eastern WI, helping load and unload the vehicle at each location.  As a driver, he/she is expected to: complete route in a reasonable amount of time, pick up mail from customers (if assigned) in a professional manner (using a UMS provided vehicle - cargo van or minivan or straight truck), and report all requests and concerns made by customers each day. When at the UMS shop, driver should be loading/unloading UMS vehicles and delivering mail/product to designated departments. This position does require the use of a 26' straight truck. No CDL is required. Prefer previous experience driving larger vehicles, but will train the right individual willing to learn. Rate of Pay: $14-$15 per Hour Hours: 11:00 am - 5:00 pm - Monday through Friday.
