Corporate Marketing Specialist 

Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and creative Marketing Specialist to join our global team. This highly visible role will work closely with the Global Creative Director to lead a range of strategic activities involving external marketing campaigns across a variety of channels. This includes developing and implementing marketing campaigns that increase brand and technology awareness, engage our customers, and drive business growth. This role will be responsible for the development and delivery of high-quality and compelling content to inform, educate, and inspire multiple audiences.

Other responsibilities include market research, product and technology benchmarking, customer engagement events and other aspects of corporate marketing. The role will have a strong partnership with the commercial, advanced development, and communications teams, as well as exposure across Inteva’s leadership team.

This role requires excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to interact with multiple stakeholders in a manufacturing and office environment to take projects from conception to completion.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop, implement, and execute innovative multi-faceted product and technology marketing campaigns that align with our overall goals and objectives.
  • Support commercial and development teams with market research, technology benchmarking, and industry knowledge (customers & competitors).
  • Collaborate with other business functions to learn about our products, analyze market data and prioritize segments, develop compelling value propositions, content & messaging, and identify product go-to-market strategies.
  • Support customer meetings and external events with hands-on support to sales, advanced development, and engineering teams to carry-out events with high success. Also develop and coordinate outside vendors and suppliers.
  • Act as the content curator for our diverse media channels, collaborating seamlessly with both our creative studio and communications teams to seamlessly bring concepts from ideation to completion. This also includes content development, weekly design reviews and updates, performing ongoing analytical reviews, and contributing to the strategic development of our internal and external media channels.
  • Manage and maintain a comprehensive sales, marketing, and branding guidelines repository database. Implement methods to guarantee compliance with corporate marketing processes and procedures, ensuring a cohesive and standardized approach across all facets of our marketing materials.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in technology marketing and incorporating them into the company's strategy.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines and priorities
 
Position Requirements

What You’ll Bring

  • 3-5 years of experience in content marketing, advertising, lead generation, event planning, communications, or a comparable role.
  • Working experience in market research, surveys, and data analytics.
  • High energy creative professional with an eye for innovative approach to customer experiences and passion for staying up to date with the latest marketing trends and tools.
  • Excellent writing and verbal skills in a variety of formats.
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite and SharePoint collaboration platform.
  • Knowledge of CRM (customer relationship management) applications desired.
  • Understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, and the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, highly organized mindset that can manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • High energy with a passion to connect with employees and customers alike.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and multi-tasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of SharePoint collaboration platform preferred.
 
Education Requirement Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, business, advertising, or related field.
