DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinates pre-intakes, registration process, and case management linkage to appropriate services for the behavioral health programs of Catholic Charities, Diocese of Trenton.   Receives and screens initial requests for services offering guidance with crisis navigation to internal and external parties as appropriate. Assuring department coverage Monday - Friday  11am to 8pm  Provides case management linkage for consumers to appropriate Catholic Charities services. Reviews psycho-social materials to determine appropriate level of care Knowledge of various insurances and ability to adequately explain benefit information  Provide detailed description of agency programs Coordinate follow-up with referral sources  Other duties as required      Position Requirements REQUIREMENTS: QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE  Bachelor’s degree in human behavioral science such as social work, psychology, sociology, and other related fields. Related work experience preferred. Spanish Speaking preferred, not required   Exempt/Non-Exempt Non-Exempt   Weekly Work Hours 40   Proposed Salary up to $45,000/annually   Schedule Monday- Friday 11:00am- 8:00pm  This position is currently not accepting applications.
